Shipping & delivery

Material ships within the United States only, to the institution address recorded on your research access application, with lot documentation in every parcel.

From order to bench

What happens after you order

Four states, each one visible to you. Nothing moves without a record attached to it.

  1. Order received

Your research-use confirmation is recorded against the order at checkout, together with the date and originating address.

    Immediate
  2. Picked and documented

Vials are pulled by lot and the matching Certificate of Analysis is packed with them, so the paperwork and the material never separate.

    Business days
  3. Dispatched

Tracking is emailed to the address on the order the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.

    On handover
  4. Delivered and checked

Inspect the seal and vial on arrival, match the lot number against the enclosed certificate, then store as stated.

What arrives with the material

  • Certificate of AnalysisThe third-party report for the exact lot in the box, not a representative sample of a different batch.
  • Lot-marked vialsEach vial carries its lot reference so it can be traced back to its certificate at any point.
  • Packing documentItemised against your order, addressed to the recorded institution.
  • Handling statementRestating that the contents are for in-vitro laboratory research and not for human or veterinary use.

Storage once received

Transit stability and storage stability are different things. Material that travels safely at ambient temperature still needs correct storage from the moment it lands.

Storage conditions are stated on each product page and on the Certificate of Analysis for that lot. Where the two ever differ, the certificate governs.

If something is wrong

Damaged, missing or incorrect shipments

  1. Photograph it before opening further.

Outer packaging, seal and vial. This is the evidence a carrier claim depends on.

  2. Email [email protected] within 7 days.

Quote your order number and the lot reference printed on the vial.

  3. Do not use material whose seal is compromised.

A broken seal voids the chain of custody the certificate depends on, and the lot can no longer be treated as documented.

  4. We replace or refund in full where the fault is ours.

Wrong item, damaged item, or material that does not match its certificate. Shipping is refunded in those cases too.

Opened, reconstituted or otherwise handled material cannot be returned, because its integrity can no longer be established. Full detail in the returns policy.

For research use only

Shipped for the bench, and nowhere else.

Material is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not for human or veterinary use, must not be administered to any person or animal, and must not be resold or transferred for such use. Nothing supplied is a drug, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement or medical device, and no statement here has been evaluated by the FDA.
